Fall is Really Here...

Have you noticed that rather suddenly like a curtain coming down (or rising, if you prefer!), autumn is here.  Fall has fallen...with all it's glory. 

A time for hunkering down, making soup, becoming all the more creative from the inside out!  There is so much beauty in this change of season to inspire us. 

Here is an effort at the Change...

You know when I switched to digital a number of years ago, I said..."no fooling around in Photoshop.  All Natural!"  HA!  Now I can't seem to leave a photograph alone...especially the TTV which lends itself so well to layering texture in PS. 

So I've been having fun today, looking out at the autumnscape and fooling around...

thes photographs are both gorgeous (especially the color in the top one...) i just got photoshop elements and am baby stepping my way to knowledge. ok i admit it i'm still afraid of the cropping tool! anyways, i'd love to see more post as i find your work and use of encaustic medium fascinating....
