Spring is here and in Seattle, the best is yet to come! Our rainy season is everyone else's winter (although we were working on the SNOW thing until a month ago!) So now we get to enjoy intermittent sunny days with the BLUEST SKIES I'VE EVER SEEN (that's an old song you know, sung by.....Perry Como. OMG, I'm reaaaalllly dating myself!). And, I digress from the spring loveliness here! So many opportunities for photographs! Birds, flowers, trees, and, ta-da, wonderful skies!
My neighbor's lovely dogwood!
and, of course the Dandelions which go to seed early! This photograph reminded me of little bubbles floating in the grass!
And so from my little Dandelion shoot, I added these images to my Etsy shop...
A Perfect World
In the rainy season, the shots look more like....
After the Rain
Thank you, Sun...you are a welcome light!
Here's some excitement...Etsy's FreshPeaches has featured me at her wonderful blog! Here's the link:

and of course, I must mention what Tere, of Birdandmoonstudio has been up to! She has taken her amazing birds to a new place...a cabinet of curiosities place! In the 1700s and 1800s there were cabinets filled with curious expressions of Nature...such as unusual birds or fossils or butterflies or insects...
Here is Tere's version of a cabinet of curiosities:
See more of this and her other creations at

and she does have another shop where she features vintage items...
TAKE A LOOK!
Thanks for stopping by! I promise to post again, soon!
